CHALLENGE: “Being Not-Rich at UMich” is a grassroots movement to provide students from low-income background with a community-generated guide for navigating the University of Michigan. How might we improve the guide by encouraging contributions and systematizing low-effort moderation?
SOLUTION: Adding features to Google docs to make this asynchronous tool more useful for trustworthy grassroots community engagement.
